When a product or variant is out of stock, our stock alert notification form is shown on a product page.

You can then use the aggregated information shown within our app to guide your stock replenishment decisions.

When a product comes back in stock, our app will automatically start notifying customers. Use our intelligent drip-feed emails to avoid customer disappointment. These will ensure that a limited number of emails are sent per stock unit available at any one time. If stock is still available after a grace period then more customers will be notified.

The app comes with a clean and simple email template that matches BigCommerce’s out-of-the-box email templates. You can preview customizations within our app before enableing them.
